Spinal Decompression Program

Experience how our Spinal Decompression Program can offer new hope for chronic, severe back or neck pain.

At Total Body, our Spinal Decompression Program is unique. Experience has taught us that a multi-faceted approach is generally more effective to treat your pain quickly and effectively than simply offering one basic treatment or modality. A complete initial assessment will first be conducted where a specific treatment plan will be developed just for you. For patients experiencing chronic, moderate to severe back or neck pain, a typical Spinal Decompression program may consist of :

- 10 Spinal Decompression Treatments
- 2-3 IMS and/or acupuncture sessions
- 2-3 ESWT treatments
- TENS therapy as required
- Active Release Therapy (ART)
- Core Strengthening
- Nerve Interruption Therapy

Our non-surgical spinal decompression may be the answer for many types of neck or back pain. Spinal Decompression uses technology to apply steady decompression to your spine thus increasing circulation into the spinal joints and discs. Many of our patients have found relief from all types of pain associated with herniated discs, bulging discs, facet syndrome, pinched nerves, degenerative conditions, osteoarthritis, sciatic leg pain or numbness or tingling.

Unlike muscles, bones or internal organs, spinal discs have no blood supply of their own and must absorb nutrients, oxygen and other compounds from the outside. If they are compressed abnormally from accidents, aging, the effects of age or lifestyle, they can stay compressed and cannot absorb the nutrients they require. Spinal decompression uses technology to apply steady decompression to your spine thus increasing circulation into the spinal joints and discs of oxygen and blood-rich nutrients. This improves healing and a return to a normal, active lifestyle.

Our experience is that by combining Spinal Decompression along with ESWT, IMS, and other proven treatment therapies, we are able to achieve superior patient outcomes in even difficult cases.
